- At Lulogies, we promise precision. The product you see and choose is what you receive.
- All sales are final unless the product is defective. We ensure quality control at our local warehouse and seal products before dispatch.
- Payment means purchase; we do not offer payment on delivery.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Domestic shipping:
We ship to all 36 states in Nigeria. Rates will be calculated at checkout depending on your location. We ship via Fez delivery.
- International Shipping:
Currently, we do not offer this service. However, we are diligently working to expand our shipment beyond Nigeria.
ORDER PROCESSING
- All orders are dispatched within 24hrs, except on Sundays or major holidays.
- Orders are dispatched from Lagos State.
- Package delivery takes 2–7 business days by the logistics company, depending on your location.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
- Successfully delivered goods are not eligible for exchanges, returns, or refunds.
- Failed deliveries may qualify for a refund, subject to applicable deductions.
- The standard (non-discounted) cost of delivery to you and return shipping to our warehouse will be deducted from your refund.
Please always provide your correct delivery address and contact information during payment. We will attempt all possible communication channels before labeling a delivery as failed.
